By accessing and using the Click Win platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Click Win is an entertainment and click dispute platform powered by blockchain technology on BNB Chain. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

Click Win is a digital click dispute entertainment platform. Users should understand that:

• Click Win is NOT a gambling, betting, or financial investment platform.
• Digital clicks are platform credits used for entertainment purposes only.
• Click Dispute outcomes are determined by user actions (timing and clicking), not by random number generation.
• The platform does not provide financial advice or investment recommendations.
• Participation is voluntary and for entertainment purposes.

Users acknowledge that participating in click disputes involves spending platform credits with no guarantee of winning.

To use Click Win, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
• Have a compatible EVM wallet (MetaMask or similar).
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where participation is prohibited by local law.

By using Click Win, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements.

Click Win uses wallet-based authentication:

• Your EVM wallet address serves as your unique identity on the platform.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase.

Click Win will never ask for your private keys or seed phrase. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from compromised wallet credentials.

Digital clicks are non-refundable platform credits:

• Clicks are purchased using BNB or USDT at a fixed rate of $0.05 per click.
• Clicks are NOT cryptocurrency, tokens, or financial instruments.
• Clicks have no monetary value outside the Click Win platform.
• Clicks cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
• All click purchases are final and non-refundable.

The platform reserves the right to modify click pricing with prior notice.

Click Disputes operate under the following rules:

• Each click dispute has a fixed prize and a countdown timer.
• Each click resets the timer and consumes one credit.
• The last user to click when the timer expires wins the prize.

The platform uses atomic Redis operations and server-side validation to ensure fair operation. Any attempt to manipulate the click dispute mechanism may result in account suspension.

Prizes are settled on-chain via BNB Chain smart contracts. The winner receives their prize after the click dispute is finalized and validated by the system.

Settlement times may vary depending on blockchain network conditions. The platform is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion.

Cryptocurrency values are inherently volatile. The value of deposits, prizes, and platform credits may fluctuate based on market conditions. Click Win is not responsible for any losses resulting from cryptocurrency price changes.

Click Win reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time.
• Update these Terms of Use with reasonable notice.
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.
• Adjust click dispute parameters, click pricing, and reward structures.
• Implement KYC/AML procedures if required by applicable regulations.

Click Win, its operators, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to: loss of funds, wallet compromise, smart contract failures, network congestion, or regulatory actions.

These Terms of Use are governed by applicable international law and the laws of the jurisdiction where Click Win is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
